This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with direct fencing experience who can manage crews, maintain project timelines, and ensure high-quality installations.If you have experience overseeing fence installation crews, reading project plans, coordinating field operations, and leading teams in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoLead and supervise crews of 4-7 fence and guardrail installers Oversee daily operations on active construction job sites Coordinate schedules, materials, and manpower to keep projects on track Work closely with project managers, customers, and field teams Train and mentor new team members on installation standards and safety Conduct quality checks to ensure projects meet company and customer expectations Maintain equipment and enforce proper safety protocols Monitor labor productivity and project efficiency What We're Looking For2+ years of experience as a Fence Foreman, Lead Installer, or similar supervisory role Direct experience with commercial or industrial fencing, guardrail, or highway barrier installation required Experience leading field crews in construction environments Ability to read project drawings, plans, and specifications Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel for scheduling/communication Willingness to travel overnight frequently for project work (company-paid lodging and transportation provided) Overtime and weekend availability as needed What We OfferCompetitive salary: $75,000 - $85,000 based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunities Company-paid travel accommodations and transportation Stable, full-time work with an established fencing and guardrail contractor Opportunity to lead high-impact commercial projects Work Location: In person / travel to project sites
