Head Graphic Designer

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:Advise State on strategies to reach a particular audience;Determine the message the design should portray;Develop graphics for logos and websites;Select colors, images, text style, and layout;Present the design to State;Incorporate changes recommended by the State into the final design;Utilize specialized graphic design software to prepare designs;Plan site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality;Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:3 Years' experience on designing graphicsExpertise in Software proficiency: Be proficient in graphic design softwareExpertise in Quality control: Ensure all materials adhere to branding guidelines and are of high quality in terms of resolution, color accuracy, and designExpertise in Deadline Management: Meet project deadlinesBachelor's Degree - Any FieldExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:Master's Degree - Any FieldPay from $1Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance20,000 to $185,000 per year
