Position SummaryThe DTC and Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue growth, customer acquisition, and conversion performance across all digital DTC channels. This role executes ROI-driven, direct-response marketing strategies that generate immediate, measurable results, while continuously optimizing the customer journey, offers, and conversion funnels.This position plays a critical role in scaling our DTC business through data-driven campaign execution, performance marketing, and conversion optimization, working cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Sales, and Operations, as well as third-party agencies.This role reports to the Director of Strategy and is responsible for executing DTC growth initiatives within the broader enterprise growth roadmap. Strategic revenue targets, portfolio allocation, and brand prioritization are defined at the Growth & Strategy level. This role owns execution and performance delivery within those parameters.RequirementsWHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC, or performance marketingProven success driving direct-response, ROI-focused campaignsStrong experience with conversion optimization, funnel development, and customer acquisitionDemonstrated ability to manage and interpret performance metricsPreferred QualificationsExperience in pharmaceuticals / nutraceutical or dietary supplements, or functional foodsExperience scaling DTC or e-commerce operations in high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with integrated martech stacks and optimization strategiesTechnical & Functional SkillsHands-on experience with:E-commerce platforms and CMSMarketing automation and CRM systemsAnalytics and reporting tools (GA, dashboards, attribution platforms)Strong understanding of:Paid media and digital acquisition channelsEmail and lifecycle marketing strategiesTesting methodologies and data analysisFamiliarity with customer journey mapping and attribution modelsLeadership & Professional SkillsHighly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to translate data into actionable strategiesStrong communication and collaboration skillsOrganized, execution-focused, and comfortable in fast-paced, growth environmentsWhat You'll Do (essential Job Duties & Responsibilities) E-Commerce & Revenue GrowthOwn and optimize DTC e-commerce performance, focusing on revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV)Manage and optimize website merchandising, promotional calendars, and offer strategiesPartner with Product and Operations to ensure accurate product launches, pricing, inventory alignment, and fulfillment readinessDrive growth through upsells, cross-sells, bundles, subscriptions, and promotional campaignsDirect Response & Performance MarketingExecute direct-response campaigns across paid media, email, SMS, and on-site channels; brief and hold agency accountable for paid media performance against direct-response objectives Develop and test offers, landing pages, funnels, and promotional messagingLead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and campaign profitabilityMonitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel performance to guide optimization decisions;
