This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter vendor invoices accurately and on timeReview invoices for proper approvals and codingPerform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesAssist with weekly check runs and ACH paymentsReconcile employee expense reports and company credit card statementsSupport month-end close and prepare routine reportsQualifications1-3 years of accounts payable or related accounting experienceExperience with Sage 100 or similar accounting software preferredStrong Excel and Outlook skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
