With over four years of experience, USA Balloonatics is committed to providing high-quality service and innovative designs that meet clients' themes and budgets.Totally Lit Events is the Cincinnati area's most trusted Light-up Marquee letter and number rental company. We hand craft our Light-up Marquee letters and numbers to fulfill our clients' vision to make your special occasion LIT! Our products are perfect for photo opportunities and are guaranteed to take your event over the top. Totally Lit Events is a student run, local business, founded in October 2020.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Cincinnati, OH that manages the companies USA Balloonatics and Totally Lit Events. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, manage inventory and logistics, supervise staff, manage sale leads, and ensure the execution of installations and deliveries. Additional responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiency, vehicle maintenance, and working on strategic projects with the CEO. The role requires strong decision-making and leadership to drive the continued success and growth of the company.QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skills for overseeing daily operations and coordinating logisticsExperience in team leadership, staff supervision, and fostering a collaborative work environmentCustomer service and client relationship management skills to maintain high standards of satisfactionAdaptability and problem-solving skills for handling on-site challenges and aligning operations with client needsProficiency in inventory management and familiarity with supply chain processesAttention to detail and quality assurance to ensure high standards in all balloon installations and event décorKnowledge of event planning and decor trends is highly advantageousExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clientsPrior experience in operations management, event planning, or related fields preferredSalary & Benefits$60,000 Base + Up to 25% Bonus (paid out quarterly)10 PTO Days & 4 Paid Sick Days per Year and $4,000 Health Care Stipend
