A dynamic and growing property management organization located in Oak Brook is seeking a polished and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join its team in a fully onsite capacity. This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of $50,000-$58,000, depending on experience level, along with free onsite parking and exceptional long-term growth potential within the company. This role follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with the possibility of an 8:30 AM start time, and is ideal for a dependable and professional individual who values punctuality, accountability, and being an integral part of a collaborative office environment. In this role, you will support a busy property management team through a variety of administrative, tenant-facing, and financial coordination responsibilities including managing spreadsheets, uploading invoices, handling correspondence, and serving as a polished first point of contact for tenants and internal stakeholders. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a business, finance, or accounting background seeking hands-on experience, professional development, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive and fast-paced organization.Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:Support daily administrative operations for the property management team in a fast-paced corporate office environmentServe as a professional and responsive first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholdersPrepare, maintain, and update spreadsheets, invoices, reports, and financial documentation with strong attention to detailUpload invoices, assist with financial tracking, and support administrative accounting-related tasks as neededManage a high volume of emails and correspondence while ensuring timely and professional communicationMaintain organized office records, files, and operational documentation with accuracy and efficiencyCoordinate multiple priorities and responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative and professional office environmentQualifications of the Administrative Assistant:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldPrevious internship, administrative, office, customer service, or corporate experience preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage financial and administrative tasks accuratelyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanorDependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent fully onsite scheduleMotivated and adaptable professional with a strong work ethic and desire to grow within the organizationB-3
