Job Title: Technical Specialist 4 (TS4)/ Salesforce DeveloperLocation: Remote (Day 1 Onsite in Columbus, OH)Work Arrangement:This position is primarily remote; however, the selected candidate must report onsite on the first day at: Columbus, Ohio 43215Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.Position Overview:The TS4 will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for technical decisions related to enterprise data analytics environments, data platforms, data integrations, and architecture solutions. This role will collaborate closely with IT Architecture teams, Agency leadership, DBAs, Data Engineers, and BI professionals to design scalable and enterprise-aligned data solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting enterprise analytics and operational systemsEstablish data modeling standards, naming conventions, and architecture best practicesContribute to the Agency's enterprise data architecture roadmap and modernization initiativesDesign scalable and reusable data integration and storage solutions aligned with enterprise standardsLead technical discussions around data architecture, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenanceCollaborate with enterprise teams to configure integrations with data lakes, data quality, and curation platformsProvide architectural guidance to ensure interoperability, governance, and reusability of enterprise data solutionsSupport data integration, data cleansing, data classification, and data modeling initiativesWork closely with cross-functional technical teams including Database Administrators, Data Engineers, and BI teamsRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms5+ years of experience with Microsoft environments including Azure and DynamicsHands-on Salesforce development experience including:ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce FlowValidation Rules5+ years of experience with Snowflake data platform5+ years of experience with Tableau analytics integrationStrong experience with:Data IntegrationData CleansingData ClassificationData ModelingExperience with technologies/platforms such as:StreamSetsAWS S3Microsoft SQL ServerEnterprise Data Lakes
