About the role Join our team as a CNC Programmer where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our milling & turning manufacturing processes. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering innovative equipment solutions while maintaining our commitment to quality and precision.What you'll doProgram CNC Mill & Lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.Utilize Fanuc controls for programming and operation of CNC machinery.Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new machining processes.Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.Train junior staff on CNC programming techniques and best practices.QualificationsProven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in CNC programming languages.
