Company OverviewClustag USA LLC is the North American branch of Clustag, a global leader in advanced RFID solutions for intralogistics and supply chain automation.LocationMiami, Florida (Full-time onsite). Travel required approximately 20%.Position SummaryClustag is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager & Key Account Manager - RFID Intralogistics Solutions to support the successful delivery of customer projects across North America.Key Responsibilities· Manage customer projects from kickoff through final delivery and handover.· Coordinate with Spain-based production teams regarding schedules, scope, and delivery timelines.· Coordinate with Mexico-based installation and service teams for field execution and support.· Maintain direct communication with customers throughout project lifecycle.· Participate in site surveys, data gathering, and operational assessments.· Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals, subject to management review.· Manage assigned customer accounts in coordination with the Business Development team.· Coordinate internally across engineering, operations, logistics, and leadership teams.· Ensure deadlines, documentation, milestones, and expectations are met.Required Qualifications· 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, industrial technology, logistics automation, or related fields.· Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, WMS, conveyors, material handling, industrial systems integration, or similar.· RFID knowledge is highly valued.· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.· Native-level English required; Spanish is a plus.· Willingness to travel approximately 20%.Preferred EducationBachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
