They're now looking for a Senior Account Manager to take full ownership of their Ulta business, driving both performance and expansion.What you'll be doingOwning the Ulta account strategy end-to-end, from joint business planning through to executionOwn and drive customer account strategies to deliver revenue and profit growthLead joint business planning and execute strong retail growth initiativesBuild and maintain senior-level retailer relationships across key beauty accountsManage forecasting, merchandising, assortment planning, and distribution strategyDevelop and present strategic sales plans, QBRs, and business reviewsPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade, Finance, and Supply Chain teamsLead promotional planning and sell-in strategies to maximize retail performanceAnalyze category trends, competitive landscape, and syndicated data to identify opportunitiesImprove reporting, forecasting tools, and business processes to support decision-makingSupport leadership with ad-hoc commercial analysis and strategic projectsWhat they're looking for:6+ years' experience in beauty or CPG sales, with strong Ulta exposureProven ability to manage and grow key retail accountsCommercially sharp with solid P&L ownership experienceConfident working with data, forecasting, and advanced ExcelA hands-on, proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environmentThis is a high-impact role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys building, scaling, and making things happen in a dynamic brand environment.Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they only meet 50-60% of the descriptions, however, when looking at women and other minority groups, they can look for up to a 99% match in order to apply to a role.
