This role is responsible for analyzing current systems, identifying gaps, and delivering solutions that align with both technical and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between offshore development teams, internal IT, and finance stakeholdersAnalyze SAP S/4HANA finance processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and technical outputs into business contextProvide hands-on troubleshooting, modeling, and solution design supportDevelop recommendations balancing technical feasibility with business impactInfluence cross-functional teams through dotted-line leadershipSupport system enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiativesDefine functional specifications and review technical deliverablesEnsure alignment between business goals and system capabilitiesRequired Qualifications8+ years of SAP Finance experience with strong S/4HANA exposureProven experience in a techno-functional role supporting finance systemsStrong knowledge of SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and Asset AccountingExperience working with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly languageHands-on troubleshooting and solution design capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in large enterprise environmentsBackground in asset-heavy industries such as real estate or infrastructurePrior experience as a functional lead or solution advisorExposure to SAP integrations and enterprise data flows
