The Warehouse Manager oversees the day-to-day warehouse operations, manages the asset inventory, supports shipping and receiving, and coordinates across various company teams to support shows. Key responsibilities include supervising warehouse personnel, coordinating logistics and delivery schedules, and monitoring inventory levels. The role also involves implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.QualificationsPrior experience in a live events/production warehouse.Experience with inventory control to maintain accurate records and manage resources effectively.Competency in operating forklifts.Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate staff.Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and meet deadlines.Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols within warehouse operations.Comfortable in a physically demanding position.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.Role DescriptionManage day-to-day warehouse operations.Ensure all equipment is properly prepared, packed, and ready for transport in accordance with event specifications.Ensure all equipment is properly unpacked, checked, and returned to inventory storage.Lead, train, and schedule warehouse labor.Work with the Systems Engineers to coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.Maintain clean, organized storage and workspace.Ensure accurate inventory control using the Rentman asset management system, under the direction of the Asset Controller.Assist the Asset Controller with storage, organizational, and warehouse changes as needed.Manage and track warehouse projects in Asana, our project management software.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all legal and company regulations.Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
