Telecom Analyst (Contract/Hybrid)

Telecom Analyst (Full Time, Contract;3x Hybrid in Charlote, NC)Optomi, in partnership with one of our clients, is seeking a Telecom Analyst to support telecom network operations and compliance-driven infrastructure activities within a highly regulated enterprise environment. This role focuses on operational support across Cisco-based network infrastructure, including IOS/OS upgrades, ACL modifications, password management, OpenGear configuration and troubleshooting, and execution of NERC CIP operational tasks in coordination with Telecom Operations Compliance teams. The Telecom Analyst will support network reliability initiatives, manage operational change activity through ServiceNow and Footprints, and contribute to automation efforts through Ansible playbook execution and maintenance.
