The ideal candidate thrives in the field, enjoys networking and community engagement, and understands how to build trusted relationships that generate tours, referrals, and move-ins.This role serves as a key ambassador for the campus while partnering closely with Sales Directors and Executive Directors to strengthen community presence and drive census growth.About the OpportunityThis position combines senior living sales, outreach, business development, and community marketing into one highly visible role. You will actively develop referral partnerships throughout the local healthcare and senior services community while supporting prospect engagement and lead conversion efforts across the campus.Success in this role is measured by outreach activity, referral relationship development, tours generated, event engagement, and contribution to occupancy growth.The ideal candidate understands how to balance relationship-building with accountability, structure, and measurable results.What You'll OwnReferral Source DevelopmentBuild and maintain relationships with local referral sources including hospitals, rehab facilities, skilled nursing communities, home health agencies, hospice providers, physicians, geriatric care managers, senior placement agencies, churches, and community organizationsConduct consistent in-person outreach visits to strengthen referral pipelines and generate qualified leadsMaintain an organized referral partner database and consistent follow-up cadenceRepresent the campus professionally throughout the healthcare and senior living communityBecome a trusted external partner and visible ambassador for the communityLead Generation & Occupancy GrowthGenerate qualified leads that contribute to Independent Living and Assisted Living occupancy goalsSupport the sales process by nurturing future leads, re-engaging cold prospects, and scheduling toursPartner closely with Sales Directors to maintain prospect momentum and pipeline activityAssist with CRM follow-up campaigns and outreach initiativesEvents & Community EngagementCoordinate and support lead-generating events designed to increase prospect engagement and brand visibilityAssist with seminars, wellness events, educational workshops, physician speaker series, networking events, and community presentationsParticipate in health fairs, Chamber events, senior expos, HOA presentations, and local networking opportunitiesSupport community marketing initiatives and sponsorship opportunitiesMarketing & Brand VisibilityCollaborate with corporate marketing and community leadership on outreach campaigns and local partnershipsSupport social media initiatives, online reputation management, and community awareness effortsIdentify opportunities to strengthen campus visibility and referral engagement within the local marketPipeline & Activity ManagementMaintain accurate CRM documentation, outreach tracking, prospect notes, and referral activityMonitor outreach performance, lead generation efforts, and sales activity metricsParticipate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and occupancy strategy discussionsWhat Success Looks LikeBuilds strong referral relationships that consistently generate qualified leads and toursContributes directly to occupancy growth across Independent Living and Assisted LivingMaintains high visibility and strong professional presence throughout the local communityConsistently executes outreach efforts with urgency, structure, and accountabilityDemonstrates strong follow-up discipline and prospect engagementSuccessfully balances relationship-building with measurable sales performanceWho This Role Is ForProfessionals with 2+ years of successful sales, outreach, business development, or senior living experienceCandidates with backgrounds in:Senior livingHealthcare marketingAssisted living or memory care salesHome health or hospice outreachMultifamily or hospitality salesHealthcare relationship managementStrong relationship-builders comfortable with in-person networking and community outreachCandidates with proven success generating leads, referrals, or occupancy growthProfessionals who thrive in both field-based and relationship-driven environmentsStrong communicators with excellent presentation and interpersonal skillsCandidates comfortable managing CRM systems and sales activity trackingIndividuals with reliable transportation and flexibility for community events, networking functions, and occasional evenings/weekendsWhat Sets You ApartYou are highly relational while remaining results-oriented and accountableYou are energized by networking, outreach, and building strategic partnershipsYou understand how to turn relationships into tours, tours into move-ins, and move-ins into long-term referralsYou are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable spending significant time in the fieldYou bring professionalism, urgency, and follow-through to every interactionCompensation & BenefitsAt IREG, we invest in our people, because strong leaders build strong communities.Full-Time Employees receive:Competitive salary with growth potentialPaid Holidays available upon hireZayZoon Access available immediately -
