Founding GTM Working with an early-stage, high-growth tech company hiring a founding sales hire to help scale an already proven product.They've got strong early traction with B2B customers and are now looking for someone who can turn that into a repeatable revenue engine.The roleYou'll work directly with the founders to build and own the GTM motion from day one.Own full-cycle sales (prospecting ? close)Run discovery, demos, and close mid-enterprise dealsBuild pipeline from both network and outboundShape messaging, positioning, and early sales processPartner with product on feedback and roadmapWhat they're looking for2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, 1+ years closingStrong track record closing $10k+ dealsComfortable in early-stage, low-structure environmentsBrings energy, ownership, and a builder mindsetWhy it's interestingTrue founding role with high ownershipStrong early traction + credible customersDirect access to founders and strategyClear path into leadership as the team growsDetailsLocation: San Francisco (hybrid)Comp: $200k-$250k OTE + equity
