Biotechnology Laboratory Assistant

Position: Lab Assistant IILocation: Research Triangle Park, NC 27709(Onsite)Key Responsibilities:Receive, accession, and manage samples using LIMS following CLIA regulations and policiesOrganize and prepare samples for downstream analysis and archivingCoordinate sample requests and resolve discrepancies with vendors and stakeholdersMaintain inventories of reagents, consumables, and laboratory materialsSupport lab cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and chain of custody processesMaintain critical data and metadata within LIMS systemsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 1+ year of relevant experience OR High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant experienceExperience working in a CLIA or regulated laboratory environmentHands-on experience with LIMS (LabVantage preferred)Familiarity with lab consumables and reagentsStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
