Event Sales (Remote)Compensation: OTE $105-150k +Location: Fully Remote - USAre you a motivated sales professional interested in B2B media sales, advertising sales, business development, and event sponsorships? At caa, we're looking for a driven Event Sales Specialist to join our remote team.As a caa, you'll build relationships with CEOs, executives, business leaders, and decision-makers while selling advertising packages, digital campaigns, and sponsorship opportunities across our multimedia platforms.You'll directly shape the business narrative of major U.S. cities, contribute to high-impact publications, and grow your own book of business through strategic sales, networking, and relationship-building.We are caa! are seeking driven, high-performing sales professionals to join our team as Event Sales Executives, focused on selling large-scale, full-day business conferences and sponsorship opportunities to C-suite executives, business owners, and national organizations.This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Are you a motivated, high-impact sales professional?Position SummaryThe Event Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue across our live event portfolio, including full-day business conferences, event sponsorship packages, executive-level ticket sales, and national brand partnerships.This is a high-volume, high-touch sales role requiring consistent outreach, relationship building, and closing with senior-level stakeholders across the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the full sales cycle for event sponsorships and ticket sales throughout our 18+ marketsDrive revenue by selling event sponsorships and live conference opportunities to national, regional and local companiesTarget and engage CEOs, C-suite executives, and business ownersConduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networkingSchedule and lead a high volume of sales meetings with decision makers (10-15+ per week)Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accountsPresent tailored sponsorship and event proposalsMeet and exceed revenue targetsMaintain CRM records, track leads and projects according to company expectationsWork alongside the marketing team on event, email campaign initiativesWhen needed, travel to attend caa events When needed, travel to attend networking events and client meetings across the U.S once-twice yearly.Performance ExpectationsMeet or exceed revenue targetsMaintain consistent pipeline activityAchieve KPIs including meetings, sponsorships, and ticket salesQualifications• Bachelor's degree preferred• 4-6 years of event sponsorship sales experience• Experience selling to senior-level executives• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Self-motivated and goal-oriented• Willingness and ability to travel and network• Willingness to grow and evolveWhat We're Looking For• Outgoing and a personable conversationalist• Confidence working with executives• Strong persistence and resilience• Strategic thinking• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced mindsetWhy Join UsWe are a fast-growing organization delivering impactful business events.
