In this role, you will bridge the gap between Service, Engineering, and Sales teams while working directly with top-tier clients and OEMs to deliver repeatable, high-fidelity results.?? What You Will Do (Essential Functions)Calibrate & Optimize: Commission and fine-tune high-horsepower combustion engines on advanced dynamometers and test cells.Analyze Performance: Conduct deep-dive thermal and drivetrain integration analysis, system validation, and data-driven optimizations.Troubleshoot Systems: Provide expert hands-on diagnostics for complex engine control units (ECUs), sensor calibrations, and DAQ control logic.Drive Innovation: Partner with internal Engineering teams to influence future designs using your direct field insights.Train Elite Clients: Deliver structured, high-level technical training and calibration SOPs to customers and OEMs.Own the Field: Conduct client site visits to identify recurring issues, recommend performance enhancements, and ensure high-quality execution.?? What We Are Looking For (Skills & Experience)Industry Expertise: 5-10+ years of deep experience in high-performance engine testing, advanced dyno systems, or hybrid/electrified powertrains.Dyno Mastery: Hands-on mastery of engine/chassis dynos and DAQ systems (e.g., Superflow, Power Test, or equivalent), including air flow testing.ECU Tuning Guru: Highly proficient with engine management systems and tuning software workflows (e.g., AEM, MoTeC, Haltech, or equivalent).Multidisciplinary Skillset: Strong, cross-functional expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.Global Explorer: Willingness and ability to travel globally 50-70% of the time to support elite automotive, powersports, and motorsport clients.Travel Logistics: Must live local to a major airport to facilitate extensive global travel requirements.Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering is preferred, or equivalent top-tier technical field experience.??
