Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation (Healthcare)Boston, MA (Hybrid)A leading, nationally recognized healthcare organization is expanding its internal Strategy & Transformation team and is seeking a Senior Consultant to support high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives.This role offers the opportunity to operate in a true internal consulting capacity, partnering with senior leadership to solve complex business challenges, shape strategic direction, and drive large-scale transformation across a dynamic healthcare environment.Compensation ranges $145,000-$165,000 annuallyDay to Day:Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives spanning multiple departments and operational functionsDevelop strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive-level presentations to guide critical decisionsApply structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving to complex and ambiguous business challengesBuild and execute project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomesConduct market research, due diligence, and financial/operational impact analyses to support new initiatives and partnershipsPartner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, decision-making, and successful implementationIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts across transformation programsEstablish frameworks, KPIs, governance models, and scalable processes to enhance program delivery and long-term sustainabilitySupport change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication, readiness assessments, and adoption strategiesRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business planningProven experience leading or contributing to complex, enterprise-level initiativesBackground in healthcare (provider experience strongly preferred)Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior and executive leadershipDemonstrated ability to build business cases, conduct analysis, and drive strategic initiatives from concept through executionPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or similar)What Sets This Opportunity Apart:High-visibility role with direct exposure to senior and executive leadershipOpportunity to shape and influence enterprise-level strategy and transformation effortsBlend of strategy and execution"”ideal for candidates looking to move beyond traditional project managementAccess to complex, meaningful work within a top-tier healthcare environmentContract-to-hire structure offering long-term career growth and stabilityThis is an ideal opportunity for candidates with a consulting or strategy background who are looking to make a tangible impact within a leading healthcare organization while working on initiatives that directly influence operational performance and growth.$145,000-$165,000 annuallyExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
