Digital Content Specialist

Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum required years of experience: 1 - 3 YOE in creating, maintaining, and publishing content from a CMS, and/or in an ecommerce operational function preferredEducation requirementsBachelor's degree not requiredMust have skills:Experience in SFCC and First Spirit CMS experience, and/or demonstration of learning and onboarding a new toolExperience with customer-facing digital products preferredSoft Skills Has excellent attention to detail, is organized, and strong communication skillsSoftware/technical requirements:Salesforce, HTML, and CSSWho we are looking forThe Content Author Specialist will be responsible for updating and maintaining site content. You will collaborate with various functions across the digital teams to ensure content appears accurately on site. The ideal candidate understands CMS tools and has proven ability and eagerness to learn new tools and platforms. This person has strong attention to detail in the work they deliver daily and is comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
