The technician will maintain, troubleshoot, install, repair, and support gas, chemical, and slurry distribution systems in a high-tech wafer fabrication environment.This is a hands-on technical role involving preventive maintenance, emergency response, equipment troubleshooting, safety compliance, and operational support for over 2000 pieces of distribution equipment.Comprehensive on-the-job training and technical qualification programs are provided for both experienced and inexperienced candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment & System SupportSupport and lead technical operations of gas, chemical, and slurry systemsInstall, decommission, troubleshoot, and repair gas and chemical distribution systemsPerform cylinder and drum change-outs on chemical and gas systemsSupport Applied Energy Systems, Fuji liquid delivery systems, Air Liquide systems, and EMD Electronics gas systemsConduct preventative and corrective maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot complex equipment and operational issuesOperations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with operational and maintenance proceduresSupport emergency preparedness and response activitiesMaintain ZERO safety and quality incident cultureAssist with quality systems and documentationSupport sustaining operations and project activitiesParticipate in Basic Safety Processes and training programsTechnical & Computer SupportUtilize computer systems to support operations and customer requirementsMaintain operational records and documentationSupport MS Office-related activities and reportingRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentPreferred QualificationsExperience in maintenance, equipment technician, mechanical, or electronic environmentsPrevious exposure to gas and chemical distribution equipmentStrong mechanical and technical aptitudeExcellent communication skillsProficiency in MS Office SuiteMilitary training or military technical experience preferred
