Agentic AI / GenAI Architect

Swoon is actively hiring an Agentic AI/Gen AI Architect to join the team! What your day-to-day will look like? Architect and design enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions that support business banking and enterprise technology initiativesBuild and guide AI agent frameworks focused on autonomous workflows, multi-step reasoning, orchestration, and task automationLead the design and implementation of LLM integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector database strategies, and AI orchestration layersPartner with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, and product stakeholders to define AI strategy, governance standards, and implementation roadmapsEvaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tooling to recommend scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI solutions within a regulated banking environmentEstablish and enforce best practices around AI architecture, security, observability, scalability, responsible AI usage, and enterprise governance controlsCollaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to drive AI transformation initiatives, support production AI deployments, and ensure successful enterprise adoption of GenAI solutionsWhat's Required / Technical Skills 5+ years of experience in AI architecture, enterprise solution architecture, or Generative AI platform design within large-scale enterprise environmentsStrong expertise with Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous AI systems, and enterprise Generative AI technologies including GPT-based ecosystemsHands-on experience designing and implementing LLM integrations, prompt orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow automation solutionsDeep understanding of AI orchestration frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologiesExperience architecting scalable and secure AI solutions within regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services environmentsStrong knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms and AI infrastructure including AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with vector databases and semantic search technologiesExperience in banking and/or financial sector Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and enterprise governance experience with the ability to lead architecture discussions and influence strategic AI initiatives across technical and business teamsWhat else you should know?
