W2 ONLYPosition- Senior Enterprise Asset Management Systems Analyst, LocalLocation- Tampa, FL 33607Type- W2//On-SiteVisa- USC, GCSeeking a Senior EAM Systems Analyst with experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems at an IT level. This role focuses on systems development, configuration, deployment, and support of EAM platforms. The analyst will work closely with EAM business leads and IT teams to support implementation, integration, and change management across EAM platforms.This role is contract-to-hire with the goal of converting to full-time prior to year-end.Key ExperienceExperience with at least one of the following work management platforms:IFS (preferred)GCIMaximoCandidates with Oracle or SAP experience may also be considered if they have enterprise-level experience with work management platforms and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaboration with EAM Business LeadsWork with EAM business leads to understand the system being implemented across all requirements.Drive configuration and implementation efforts to ensure alignment with business needs.Deployment and IT Change ManagementSupport deployment of EAM systems.Manage IT change management processes.Handle configuration and technical components of the platforms to ensure successful implementation.EAM Systems Development and SupportDevelop, implement, and support EAM systems to meet business requirements.Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of EAM systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EAM systems in a timely manner.Platform ManagementManage and support EAM systems across iPaaS, SaaS, and on-premises platforms.Ensure that EAM systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.Required:Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline.In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, additional years related experience may be considered.6 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.Preferred:8 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.Stays current with IT industry trends and emerging technologies and suggests application of new technologies when appropriate.Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Frequently presents information to their team and department.Understands project plans and clearly articulates project goals and timelines.Develops project plans for small projects and partners with project managers on larger projects.Creates and reviews technical design specifications.Knowledge of development tools and technologies supporting IT architecture.Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.Thanks & RegardsShivam RajpalTeam Lead- US IT RecruitmentDesk- 201-331-6992 X 142Email- Shivam@LinkedIn- Consulting LLC- M/WBE Certified Company
