Job Description and Essential Duties of the Key Account Manager (Pro AV - Theme Parks)Job Description: This position is responsible for leading key account sales across North America, with a primary focus on the Pro AV and themed entertainment industries. The Sales Manager will directly develop and manage strategic relationships with major theme park end users, design consultants, and system integrators, while coordinating with HQ and regional sales support teams and representative firms.This role requires a combination of industry expertise, technical knowledge of Direct View LED solutions, and strong commercial leadership to drive product specification, adoption, and long-term partnerships. The position is accountable for revenue growth, expansion of key accounts, and strengthening the company's position as a preferred technology partner.Essential Functions:Achieve or exceed assigned key account revenue targets, contributing to overall North America sales objectives.Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth within the theme park, attractions, and Pro AV sectors.Establish and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including end users, design consultants, system integrators, and channel partners (VAPs, VADs, and reps).Identify, onboard, and develop new business partners while strengthening existing partner ecosystems.Secure inclusion in approved vendor lists, vendor systems, and global framework agreements.Coordinate with HQ and regional sales support teams, as well as rep firms, to ensure alignment with company objectives and effective execution.Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting (both routine and ad hoc).Support pricing strategy and lead or assist in contract negotiations to ensure profitable deal structures.Collaborate with senior leadership to address market dynamics, competitive positioning, and strategic initiatives.Partner with executive leadership to achieve annual sales targets aligned with corporate revenue and margin goals.Drive market expansion initiatives to increase penetration and revenue growth across North America.Build long-term customer partnerships by understanding technical requirements, operational challenges, and project needs.Maintain strong knowledge of products, solutions, and industry trends, particularly in Direct View LED technologies.Lead customer engagement activities, including product demonstrations, demo shootouts, Lunch & Learn sessions, training, and industry events.Coordinate cross-functional teams and channel partners to ensure successful project execution and delivery.Manage demo inventory, logistics, and associated cost controls.Maintain accurate CRM data, sales records, and reporting systems.Travel as required to support customer engagement, business development, and team coordination.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Other Duties and Responsibilities:Host key accounts for visits to headquarters and factory facilities in China.Communicate and collaborate with internal business units to exchange market insights, customer feedback, and strategic informationEducation & Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in sales leadership, key account management, or channel management.Experience in Pro AV, themed entertainment, digital display, or LED industry required.Experience working with theme parks, immersive attractions, or large-scale entertainment venues highly preferred.Background in sales engineering, project management, or technical sales environments is a plus.Competencies:Excellent relationship-building and partner management capabilities.Strong negotiation and strategic selling skills.Technical understanding of Direct View LED and related AV technologies.Hands-on capability to support product demonstrations and customer presentations.Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.Ability to analyze market trends and competitive dynamics.Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in a high-pressure environment.Physical Requirements:Ability to independently set up and dismantle LED display demonstration equipment for Lunch & Learn sessions and customer presentations, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment weighing up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.Ability to stand for periods of up to 2 hours during demonstrations and presentations.Work Location:Remote.Orlando Office and Warehouse, as needed.May be required to work overtime and flexible hours on an as-needed basis.May be required to travel domestically or internationally throughout the year for business meetings, tradeshows, training, demos, and other business-related events. Please note that we have recently updated the location requirements for this position. Although the role is remote, candidates should be located in, or willing to relocate to the Greater Orlando area due to the nature of the position and its requirement for direct relationships and in-person interaction with local theme parks.
