Job Title: Accounting & ERP SpecialistLocation: Jackson, WIPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & ERP Specialist to join our growing team in Jackson, WI. This role will support the Controller and broader accounting operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will enjoy working with data, supporting operational and financial processes, and helping improve overall accounting accuracy and efficiency. This position is well-suited for someone who is analytical, organized, hands-on, and comfortable operating within ERP systems while partnering cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activitiesAssist with month-end close processes, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting activitiesPull, analyze, and manipulate data from ERP systems to support reporting and operational decision-makingSupport inventory accounting and manufacturing-related reporting activitiesMaintain accuracy and integrity across accounting and operational dataAssist with bank reconciliations, reporting requests, and other accounting support functionsIdentify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and help improve accounting and ERP processesSupport ERP optimization initiatives, reporting improvements, and special projects as neededWork closely with operations, purchasing, and leadership teams to provide accurate and timely informationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred2-5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or ERP-related experienceExperience working within ERP systems preferredStrong Excel and data analysis skillsManufacturing, inventory accounting, or operational accounting exposure is a plusStrong attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and problem-solving skillsWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who takes ownership and helps keep things movingAnalytical mindset with the ability to work through data and solve problemsTeam player willing to support both accounting and operational functionsAbility to balance detail, urgency, and accuracy in a growing environmentStrong initiative and willingness to learn and grow within the businessBenefits:$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
