Maintenance Manager

Maintenance / Service ManagerLarge 700-unit, high-rise residential community in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Maintenance / Service Manager to oversee all property maintenance operations, staff supervision, preventative maintenance programs, and major building systems. This role is ideal for a highly organized, hands-on leader with experience managing complex infrastructure within large multifamily or historic properties.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day maintenance operationsSupervise maintenance staff, vendors, and service operationsManage preventative maintenance and capital repair projectsMaintain and troubleshoot major building systems including boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and closed-loop HVAC systemsEnsure timely completion of service requests and unit turnoversCoordinate work while preserving the integrity of historic buildingsEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsAssist with budgeting, inventory, and vendor managementQualifications:5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in large multifamily or high-rise propertiesStrong experience with boilers, cooling towers, and central plant systemsExperience with older or historically preserved buildings preferredStrong organizational, troubleshooting, and team leadership skillsEPA certification and technical licenses preferred
