Our client, a leader in luxury beauty, is looking to bring on a contract Manager, Performance Marketing for their Brand Amazon team. This is a 5 month contract role with an ASAP start date. The team is based in NYC and would like the selected candidate to come onsite 3 days per week. Manager, Performance Marketing - Amazon Global TeamWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Performance Marketing Manager, Global to lead, build and optimize Performance Marketing strategies on across several markets. In this role, you will build and optimize campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion to maximize returns on advertising spend and exceed KPIs. Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute a full funnel marketing strategy that drives the digital experience, maximizes sales, and achieves key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, TaCOS, Traffic, Conversion, CTR, CPC's etc. Manage paid media spend ensuring monthly budget is managed and optimized appropriately and efficientlyExecute campaigns within the provided tools and optimize campaign performance Analyze keywords, insights and audiences to identify customer opportunities and optimize campaign targetingWork closely with the Head of Amazon and regional managers to build integrated campaigns across all regions, ensuring a cohesive strategy across the customer journey Work closely with Amazon Marketing team to build best-in-class campaign plans, unique to each market Support the Head of Amazon in creating a GTM strategy for Amazon in existing and new markets Deliver a seamless and best-in-class consumer experience through the execution of the go-to-market plansAnalyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to grow online sales through optimization effortsAnalyze and optimize top category keywords within the campaigns to drive higher traffic and conversionPrepare and deliver monthly and quarterly media reports, revising strategies as needed based on actualized ROI and market trendsExhibit a strong understanding of all drivers of business performance, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to consistently optimize strategy and execution across partnersBuild and nurture strong partnerships with the account, fostering collaboration and trust to drive mutual growth and successRepresent the brand in high visibility retailer specific corporate meetings and strategy sessions, ensuring image, presentation and actions support brand ethos and the strengthening of brand valuesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:6+ years of Online experience, performance marketing experience managing Amazon campaigns requiredDirect working experience working on Amazon and other key ecommerce players Strong problem solver with excellent follow up skills and ability to build solid collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrates well-developed business + analytical acumen and understands how to implement/manage changeExcellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize workDemonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlinesRequires strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups as well as with external partnersProven track record in driving performance marketing campaigns, unlocking opportunities and implementing testing programs Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Online trends
