Director of Operations

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations to help lead and scale our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving operational challenges, and can seamlessly balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.As Director of Operations, you'll oversee logistics, fulfillment, supply chain coordination, customer operations, and cross-functional processes across the company. You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across all sales channels while building scalable systems to support continued growth.What You'll DoLead operational execution across e-commerce, wholesale, retail, and emerging sales channelsManage relationships with 3PLs, freight partners, and logistics vendorsOversee fulfillment performance, shipping timelines, inventory flow, and operational efficiencyPartner cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Customer Experience, and Finance teamsDevelop and improve operational processes, workflows, and SOPsAnalyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experienceSupport launch planning, inventory readiness, and supply chain coordinationManage reverse logistics and returns operationsDrive accountability, organization, and operational excellence across teamsWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillmentExperience within apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer goods preferredStrong understanding of DTC and omnichannel operationsProven ability to manage external partners and cross-functional teamsHighly organized with excellent project management skillsAnalytical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environmentStrong communicator with a collaborative leadership style
