Job Title: IT Support Associate Location: Cambridge, MA -Onsite Long term Contract Openings: 3 Positions Compensation:Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hourRole Overview: The IT Support Associate I will provide Tier 1 technical support for end-users, focusing on troubleshooting Mac and Windows operating systems. The role requires hands-on experience supporting email platforms, desktop applications, and resolving common technical issues in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and support for Mac and Windows OS.Assist users with email configuration, access, and issue resolution.Support desktop applications including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.Document and escalate issues as needed to higher-level support teams.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with end-users.Qualifications:Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk environment.Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.Experience supporting email systems (e.g., Outlook, Exchange, or similar).Familiarity with desktop applications and common productivity tools.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.If you Interested, please share me your updated resume at-
