This is not an entry-level position.We are looking for an experienced, creator-native operator who has already built and scaled UGC and influencer programs "” and is ready to come in and do it again at Ghost Golf, faster and bigger.You will own our entire creator ecosystem: sourcing, relationships, campaign execution, affiliate growth, TikTok Shop UGC, and creator-led paid media. You will work directly with our Paid Ads team to push partnership ads and creator content into performance channels. You will build the infrastructure, the relationships, and the systems that turn Ghost Golf into one of the most creator-powered brands in modern golf.If you've been here before "” you know what good looks like, you know what bad looks like, and you're ready to build something you're proud of.What You'll OwnCreator Sourcing & Pipeline "” Identify and recruit creators across golf, lifestyle, fashion, travel, and sports "” Build and manage an active, tiered creator pipeline from nano to macro "” Spot emerging talent early "” before they go mainstream "” Develop outreach strategies that convert cold contacts into long-term partnersCreator Relationships "” Own all creator communication, relationship management, and retention "” Build genuine long-term loyalty and excitement around the Ghost Golf brand "” Manage affiliate and UGC creator relationships at scale "” Be the face of Ghost Golf to the creator communityUGC Campaign Management "” Develop, brief, and execute creator campaigns end-to-end "” Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign logistics "” Write sharp, clear creator briefs that get great content back "” Track deliverables, timelines, and content quality across all active campaignsTikTok Shop & Platform UGC "” Build and manage Ghost Golf's TikTok Shop creator program "” Source, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates "” Drive GMV through creator-led content on TikTok Shop "” Stay ahead of platform changes and creator monetization trendsPaid Media & Partnership Ads "” Work directly with the Paid Ads team to repurpose top creator content into paid ads "” Coordinate whitelisting and partnership ad permissions with creators "” Help identify which UGC content performs best in paid channels and brief accordingly "” Build a repeatable pipeline from organic UGC ? paid performance contentAffiliate & Creator Ecosystem "” Scale Ghost Golf's affiliate program across platforms "” Track creator performance, identify top partners, and build growth strategies "” Own creator retention, incentive structures, and tiered partnership frameworksRequired Experience & Skills5+ years of hands-on experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketingProven track record of building and scaling creator programs "” not just managing themDirect experience using UGC platforms such as Billo, Insense, Minisocial, JoinBrands, Skeepers, or equivalentExperience running TikTok Shop affiliate programs and creator storefrontsDeep understanding of how creator content flows into paid media (whitelisting, partnership ads, dark posting)Experience working with paid social or performance marketing teamsStrong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems "” how they work, what performs, and whyExperience managing a creator pipeline at scale (50+ active creators simultaneously)Proficiency in creator management tools, affiliate dashboards, and campaign tracking Exceptional written communication "” you write briefs that creators actually followHighly organized with strong project management skills across multiple simultaneous campaignsStrong instincts for trends, content performance, and social behaviorYou AreSomeone who has done this before and done it wellCreator-native "” you understand how creators think, work, and build audiencesProactive "” you don't wait to be told what's trendingRelationship-driven "” creators want to work with you because you make it easy and worthwhile Data-aware "” you track what's working and double down on itFast "” this brand moves quickly and so do youBonus PointsExisting relationships with golf, lifestyle, or sports creatorsExperience at a DTC, apparel, or lifestyle brandFamiliarity with Shopify and ecommerce UGC attributionComfortable on camera or participating in content shootsExperience with creator contract negotiation and licensingThis Role Is NOT?
