Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 3-6 month contract position located in the Dublin, OH area. The position will be located onsite 5 days a week in the Columbus office.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide level 2 technical supportAbility to analyze logs within multiple Microsoft applications to resolve user issuesHardware and software supportQualifications:3+ years of MS Windows desktop operating system deployment experience required.Windows 11 desktop operating systems deployment and support experience required.Experience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow is a plus.Encore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
