?? Hiring: Senior Procurement Buyer - Boston, MA?? Location: Boston, MA 02210?? Duration: 4 MonthsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-focused Senior Procurement Buyer to support procurement and contracting operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role will assist with procurement lifecycle management, ERP system administration, supplier diversity initiatives, vendor coordination, and contract administration activities.Key Responsibilities:• Support procurement workflows and contract management within ERP systems (Business Central preferred)• Create and manage purchase orders, procurement records, contracts, and standing orders• Coordinate bids, quotes, proposals, and vendor evaluations• Maintain procurement documentation, supplier agreements, warranties, and records• Assist with procurement audits, compliance reviews, and reporting• Conduct market research and total cost analysis• Support contract lifecycle activities including solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, and execution• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to improve procurement efficiency and outcomes• Assist with supplier diversity tracking, outreach, and reporting initiatives• Support inventory control and vendor performance management activitiesRequired Qualifications:? Experience working in a public sector or similarly regulated environment? Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail? Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesired Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field ? Familiarity with Massachusetts public procurement requirements (M.G.L. Chapter 30B) ? Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems ? Knowledge of supplier diversity programs and reporting frameworks??
