Job Description - AV / Video Conferencing Support Engineer (Microsoft Teams Rooms)Location: Charlotte, NC - 550 S Tryon St (5 Days Onsite)Duration: 18 Months Contract (Potential conversion to Full-Time based on performance) Job ID: 176782Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on AV / Video Conferencing Support Engineer to provide white-glove support for enterprise conference room technologies and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments. The ideal candidate will support executive-level users, troubleshoot AV and conferencing systems, and assist with Cisco-to-Microsoft Teams Room migrations across multiple office locations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite support for conference rooms, AV systems, and video conferencing technologiesConfigure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)Support Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)Assist with migration of Cisco conference rooms to Microsoft Teams RoomsSupport conferencing platforms including Cisco Control HubTroubleshoot AV equipment, displays, conferencing devices, and room hardwareMonitor and troubleshoot performance using tools such as Thousand EyesDeliver white-glove support to executives and business usersSupport occasional after-hours or weekend maintenance activitiesTravel between multiple Charlotte office locations as neededRequired SkillsExperience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin CenterExperience with Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)AV and video conferencing troubleshooting experienceExperience with Cisco Control HubStrong customer-facing and communication skillsEnterprise IT support experienceAbility to work onsite full-timePreferred SkillsExperience with large-scale conference room deployments or migrationsKnowledge of ThousandEyes or observability toolsExperience supporting Cisco and Microsoft Teams hybrid conferencing environmentsAdditional InformationWhite-glove executive support roleLooking for stable candidates with long-term employment historyOne round interview (30-minute Teams call)Training can be providedPay Range: $40 - $42The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
