This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working across systems, resolving complex integration challenges, and partnering closely with other engineers to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions.You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our integration architecture while supporting ongoing enhancements, monitoring, and modernization efforts in a hybrid cloud environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable and highly available integrations using modern integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven and asynchronous messaging, etc.)Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure integration initiatives are delivered on time and to standardFollow established engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelinesMaintain and evolve the organization's integration architecture, ensuring reliability and performanceAnalyze existing integrations and systems to identify improvements, optimizations, and migration opportunitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration, performance, and architectural issuesSupport integration infrastructure across compute, storage, databases, and messaging platforms in a hybrid environmentContribute to tool creation, automation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivityRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience)4+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated integration expertiseStrong proficiency in C# is required; experience with additional languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.Solid understanding of application integration architectures and development lifecyclesExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsWorking knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including:Containers (Docker), Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC)Kubernetes (preferred)Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues in complex systemsNice-to-Have ExperienceAPI design and documentation using OpenAPI / SwaggerExperience with API Management platforms such as:Azure API ManagementApigeeMuleSoftExperience working in Microsoft AzureExposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plusWhy This RoleHighly visible, enterprise-level integration workOpportunity to influence architecture and technical standardsCollaborative engineering culture with modern toolingStable, full-time role with long-term impact
