The Staff Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy practices, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals. The role involves assessing patient progress, creating home care plans, and providing education to empower patients in achieving their recovery and fitness goals.QualificationsProficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques.Strong skills in Patient Care, including developing individualized treatment plans and fostering patient engagement.Experience or understanding of Medicine and Home Care practices to support comprehensive patient recovery.Possession of a valid state license to practice physical therapy in California.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a clinical setting.Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
