What You'll DoAs an IT Asset Analyst, you'll serve as a subject matter expert for IT asset management (ITAM), supporting assets from acquisition through retirement.Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining IT asset management strategies, policies, and processesManaging complete hardware and/or software lifecycles, including procurement, deployment, audits, reclamation, and disposalMaintaining accurate asset inventories and performing regular auditsEnsuring software license compliance, warranty tracking, and contract adherenceSupporting cost optimization through usage analysis, renewals, and waste reductionIdentifying automation and process improvement opportunitiesEnsuring cybersecurity and data privacy standards during asset disposalTraining and advising stakeholders on ITAM tools and best practices ? What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field(or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)3+ years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or lifecycle managementExperience managing enterprise-level hardware lifecycles and vendor relationshipsPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing 5,000+ assets in a medium to large enterpriseExperience implementing or improving ITAM processes or systemsIT Asset Management certifications (CSAM, CHAMP, CITAM
