Immediate need for a talented Senior Training Coordinator - Commercial Learning & Development Events. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Francisco Bay Area(Hybrid). (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)Key Responsibilities:Lead planning and execution of commercial training events, onboarding programs, leadership meetings, and ad hoc learning initiativesManage end-to-end event logistics including:Venue sourcingSite selectionCatering and food & beverage coordinationAudio-visual productionRegistration and attendee managementCoordinate onsite event execution and ensure seamless participant experienceDevelop project timelines, action plans, and execution schedulesCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryTrack milestones, dependencies, risks, and operational deliverablesSupport multiple concurrent training initiatives and event schedulesManage vendor relationships, RFP processes, and contract negotiationsPartner closely with Commercial Learning, Operations, and Leadership teamsDeliver executive-level updates regarding event status, risks, and outcomesCollaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and execution excellenceConduct process mapping and identify operational improvement opportunitiesSupport SOP development and training operations best practicesAnalyze post-event metrics, attendee feedback, and operational KPIsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and operational efficiency Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in:Training coordinationEvent managementLearning operationsProgram coordinationCommercial training supportExperience managing end-to-end corporate or training eventsStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience coordinating vendors, contracts, logistics, and registration processesStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration toolsBiotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experienceExperience supporting Commercial Learning & Development teamsFamiliarity with LMS platforms such as:SuccessFactorsCornerstoneLitmosCMP certification or event management background preferredExperience with process improvement, SOP development, and operational reportingAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environmentsOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
