The Talent Source has partnered with a respected South Florida organization in the search for a polished, service-oriented IT Administrator to support a highly visible professional environment where technology reliability, responsiveness, and white-glove customer service are critical to daily operations.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with executive-level stakeholders, legal professionals, and operational teams while supporting modern infrastructure, conference room technology, collaboration tools, and end-user systems in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Be DoingDeliver exceptional, customer-focused IT support with a professional and solutions-oriented approachProvide hands-on support for end-user technologies including laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing tools, and collaboration platformsSupport conference room and audio/visual technologies including microphones, Cisco/Webex systems, Zoom, virtual meetings, and courtroom-style presentation environmentsAssist with network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, telephony, and infrastructure troubleshootingCoordinate and support temporary and permanent conference/hearing room technology setupsWork closely with attorneys, judges, executives, leadership teams, and administrative staff to ensure seamless technology experiencesTroubleshoot hardware, software, telephony, networking, and AV issues in a timely and professional mannerManage and update support tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platformsEscalate issues appropriately while maintaining strong communication and accountability throughout resolutionAssist with system upgrades, deployments, workstation setups, and technology refresh initiativesSupport Microsoft-based environments including Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and collaboration technologiesParticipate in technology improvement projects and ongoing operational enhancementsWhat We're Looking ForStrong customer service and communication skills "” professionalism and presentation are extremely important in this environmentExperience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user technologiesPrior experience with Cisco technologies, telephony, Webex, or conferencing solutions preferredExperience supporting audio/visual systems, conference rooms, or hybrid meeting environmentsFamiliarity with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systemsSolid troubleshooting experience across Windows environments, networking, Wi-Fi, hardware, and collaboration platformsComfortable supporting executive, legal, or highly professional user groupsAbility to remain calm, responsive, and detail-oriented in high-visibility situationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple support requestsWillingness to learn new systems and technologiesPreferred BackgroundExperience within enterprise, government, legal, hospitality, healthcare, or highly customer-centric environmentsExposure to Cisco networking or telephony environmentsExperience supporting video conferencing, digital presentation, or courtroom/hearing room technologies is a plusWhy This Opportunity?High-visibility role with meaningful day-to-day impactCollaborative and professional work environmentOpportunity to work across modern infrastructure, AV, conferencing, and enterprise technologiesStable organization with long-term growth potentialExcellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical support with relationship-building and service excellenceIf you're an IT professional who takes pride in delivering a polished, white-glove support experience while keeping critical business technology running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
