Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, generally 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on-site (with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends)Benefits: Healthcare, competitive paid time offOther Perks: Daily meals, parkingWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Manager/Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations and upkeep of our private household. This role is a blend of hands-on housekeeping and proactive household management. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, organized,and well-functioning home environment while supporting daily routines, hosting needs, and special projects. The right person brings a calm, professional demeanor with a naturally discreet and unobtrusive presence in the home. We value someone who works quietly and efficiently, takes pride in maintaining high standards without needing to be asked, and brings a warm, respectful, and gracious attitude to their work. Excellent communication skills, including strong English fluency, are essential. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping & Home ManagementMaintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the residencePerform daily housekeeping duties with high attention to detail and consistencyManage all household laundry, including sorting, washing, folding, ironing, steaming, and proper care of delicates. Coordinate dry cleaning services, including drop-off, pickup, inspection, and proper storageEnsure closets, drawers, and storage areas remain organized and well-maintainedManage household supplies and shopping, ensuring all items are fully stocked, organized, and replenished proactivelyAssist the Chief of Staff (CoS) with overseeing maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers (e.g., landscapers, handymen, cleaners, repair technicians)Coordinate vendor access, supervise work when needed, and follow up on completed servicesLead home organization projects and manage seasonal transitions (wardrobes, linens, décor)Ensure the home is guest-ready at all timesHandle household errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, returns, shipping, and receiving packagesMaintain detailed knowledge of household preferences, routines, and standardsCreate and maintain a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents and guestsEvent & Hosting SupportAssist with the preparation, execution, and cleanup of dinner parties, gatherings, and hosted eventsSupport event setup including table settings, décor preparation, staging, and coordination with vendors (chefs / caterers, florists, rental companies)Assist during events as needed (serving, replenishing items, maintaining cleanliness)Handle post-event breakdown, cleaning, laundry, and restoration of the homeBe available for occasional evenings and weekends when events or hosting require support Personal Assistant & Lifestyle SupportRun personal errands and handle ad hoc tasks as needed (shopping, pickups, returns)Assist with travel preparation, including packing, unpacking, laundering, and organizing clothing and personal itemsSupport the Chief of Staff (CoS) with special projects and household-related initiativesProvide flexible support as household needs evolveQualificationsPrevious experience in private household management and/or high-end housekeeping preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsCalm demeanor and clear and professional communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructionsHigh level of discretion and respect for privacyAbility to work independently and anticipate needsValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredFlexibility to adjust responsibilities and schedule based on household and hosting needs
