Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a leading provider of public safety and emergency preparedness solutions to identify a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to support their outside sales team. The CSR will handle inbound customer inquiries, support quoting and pricing requests, assist with product sourcing, and help resolve order-related issues. This position plays an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting the success of the outside sales organization in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.This is a fully onsite opportunity in Lanham, Maryland.Job Responsibilities:Respond to inbound customer calls/emails regarding orders, pricing, inventory, quotes, claims, and order statusSupport outside sales with quoting, pricing, and bid opportunitiesProcess customer orders and maintain accurate records in the ERP systemTrack orders from placement through delivery and provide proactive updatesSource products through existing and new vendors to meet customer needsProvide freight estimates, rush requests, and delivery coordination as neededMake outbound calls to support customers and outside sales repsEnsure timely and accurate submission of quotes and ordersMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutionsAssist with inventory processes and other operational tasks as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED required1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environmentPrior sales support experience preferredPrior leadership experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team settingERP experience (Epicor Prophet 21 preferred) is a plusStrong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
