Bilingual (Spanish) Operations Supervisor - Distribution CenterLocation: Northeast side of AtlantaSchedule: 2nd ShiftWhat You'll Do:Supervise shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate, on-time deliveryLead, train, and develop hourly team members in safety, efficiency, and performance standardsManage inventory accuracy and cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and oversee reworkPartner with management and HR on hiring, development, and performance mattersDrive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational efficienciesMaintain a visible presence on the floor to lead by example and address issues in real time What We're Looking For:4-6 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting1-2 years of team leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of WMS, Microsoft Office, and inventory/supply chain principlesForklift and HAZMAT certifications (or willingness to obtain)Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and planning skillsWork Environment:Distribution setting with exposure to seasonal temperaturesFrequent standing, lifting, climbing, and moving"”this is a hands-on leadership roleSafety is a top priority"”aligned with OSHA and 5S standards
