Our portfolio includes restaurants, banks, retail/service centers, and automotive dealerships.Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Job Site Foreman to oversee daily field operations on active construction sites. This role is key to ensuring crews, subcontractors, and suppliers work efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications and schedules. As the on-site leader, you'll coordinate resources, enforce safety standards, and keep communication flowing with project management.ResponsibilitiesDirect, coordinate, and supervise on-site construction activitiesEnsure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standardsMaintain and enforce strict safety protocolsWork with the Superintendent to meet schedules and deadlinesCoordinate materials, tools, and equipment usageResolve issues proactively to avoid project delaysMaintain daily reports of manpower, materials, and progressServe as the primary on-site contact for field operationsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of construction experience, including 2 in a supervisory roleCarpentry and/or excavation experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and safety regulationsExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsOSHA 30 certification preferredPay & Benefits From $75,000/year and up based on experience Company vehicle and fuel card provided Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan & life insurance Paid time off Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, year-round workApply Today Join a respected, established construction leader and build your career with Mark-L Construction.
