Key MissionsThe Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the internal active sourcing at Eurofins for the searches s/he has been assigned to. S/he is responsible forManage search processGenerate candidate pipeline leveraging existing resources (e.g. Eurofins ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter suite, social media, databases and any other open sources) and pro-actively identify new onesApproach, engage & pre-screen candidatesDeliver profiles ready for interviewsConduct market searches & mappingMaintain data quality and accuracy on the company's internal databaseQualificationsBachelor DegreeOne to two years of talent sourcing experience from an executive search firm or corporate environmentKnow-how and mastery of direct sourcing toolsProven record of personal responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detailsExcellent interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with colleagues and candidatesFluent in English
