Leaders hired during this period will help shape CAM's next generation of systems, teams, and culture.If you are energized by building strong teams, improving operations, and delivering measurable results "” we want to meet you.The RoleThe Operations Manager leads field execution across a portfolio of multifamily properties and is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, and client satisfaction. This role oversees service delivery across one or more service lines including:• Day Porter • Janitorial • Pressure Washing • Maintenance TechniciansYou will manage routing, labor efficiency, quality control, safety compliance, and client-facing inspections while coaching and developing field teams.Key Responsibilities• Own operational performance across assigned accounts • Conduct QC walks and client-facing inspections • Manage routing, scheduling and labor efficiency • Enforce SOPs and safety standards • Resolve operational and service issues quickly • Use Aspire CRM daily to manage work tickets and approve payroll • Recruit, coach and develop field supervisors and techniciansSuccess MeasuresPerformance will be evaluated through measurable operational metrics including:• QC inspection scores • Labor efficiency and route performance • Client satisfaction and retention • Safety performanceCOMPENSATION PACKAGETraining Bonus $3,000 training bonus paid after 90 daysBase Salary $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experienceIncentives Quarterly and annual incentives totaling up to 20% of base salaryAdditional Benefits• Company vehicle • Fuel card and maintenance • Medical (HMO), Dental and Vision • Term Life Insurance • 401(k) • Vacation and Sick TimeTop performers will have opportunities to advance into Division Manager and senior leadership roles as CAM continues to grow.About CAMAt CAM we believe in:Pride in Service Ownership Mentality Continuous Improvement Service ExcellenceWe are committed to building teams that deliver outstanding results for our clients while creating meaningful career paths for our people.Learn more at: Opportunity EmployerCAM Property Services is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
