This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring fleet reliability, safety, and cost efficiency, while aligning with corporate maintenance strategies. What You'll Do Lead all fleet maintenance operations in Texas· Drive preventive maintenance and fleet performance· Manage and develop maintenance team members· Oversee vendors, budgets, and cost control· Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT standards· Collaborate with operations and corporate teams What We're Looking For· Hands-on experience in Volvo/Prevost Motorcoaches maintenance· Strong leadership and operational mindset· Experience with fleet systems (Samsara, Fleetio, etc.)· Ability to manage costs and drive efficiency· Strong communication and problem-solving skills CompensationCompetitive salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year + annual performance bonus.
