Your day-to-day work will include:Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with customersProcessing customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiencyCommunicating customer requests, concerns, and ship date changes to the appropriate departmentsResolving customer issues related to pricing, quality, or servicePartnering with Account Managers and technical teams on special projectsProviding information and guidance on pricing, procedures, and company policiesMaintaining daily order reports and ensuring all orders are entered into the CRM systemPreparing quotes and obtaining raw material pricingCoordinating requests for samples, brochures, and product literatureSupporting the Customer Service Manager as neededManaging Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for key accountsWorks with Account Managers and the technical team on special projects, and supplies information and advice on pricing, procedures, and policies. What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.What Will Help You Succeed:Customer service experience"”manufacturing experience is a plus, but not requiredComfort using computers and programs like Excel, Word, or CRM systems (or willingness to learn)Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detailA positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset ?
