ResponsibilitiesAnswers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; take messages if needed or transfer to the correct departmentGreet and assist all guests, direct them to the appropriate departmentReceives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items Open/Close office - turning on lights, open kitchens and doors, refill office supplies Maintaining conference room and conference room calendars Periodically check guest parking spaces to make sure they are available for guests Maintain lobby, conference room, kitchen appearance and cleanliness Fill copiers with paper, make sure copy room is stocked with paper. Assist the VP of HR/Administration with various tasks Cover executive assistant's desk as needed Required Skills/Preferred skills and abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Excellent verbal communication skills.Basic clerical procedures and systems
