To learn more about OJB, go to Responsibilities:Preparation, coordination and completion of design and construction document packagesDevelopment of creative technical solutionsCoordination of design and engineering sub-consultantsDevelopment of project specificationsLeading in project meetings and demonstrating competent understanding of assigned projectsPreparation of client presentations, plans, design studies, drawings, and construction documents with supportPreparation of site analysis and conducts technical research as directedIdentifying and escalating project and client issues in a timely mannerResponsible for 1-2 special projects (technology, office management, file management, etcJob Qualifications:BA or MA in Landscape Architecture or ArchitectureA minimum of 5 years Professional Experience in the Field of Landscape Architecture or ArchitectureEmployment history in a fast-paced, design-driven studio environmentExperience working with project teams to produce documents for complex projectsAn attention to detail and problem-solving abilityProficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and/or Rhino and MS OfficeProficiency in drawing conventions, file management, and time reportingExperience with Land F/X, Revit, Lumion and/or D5Familiarity with VectorWorks and Grasshopper is a plus
