Administrative AssistantLocation: Conshohocken, PAA leading private equity firm is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Administrative Assistant to join its growing Philadelphia-area office. This is a newly created position with strong long-term potential in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.The OpportunityThis role will support a junior investment team while also collaborating with colleagues in New York. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.Additional DetailsCompensation: $80-90K base + discretionary bonusHours: 8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility as neededHybrid schedule: onsite Monday-Thursday, remote FridayKey ResponsibilitiesCalendar management and complex schedulingTravel coordination and expense managementProviding remote support to NY-based team membersAssisting with ad hoc administrative needs across the officeQualificationsTeam-oriented with a "no task too big or too small" mindsetHighly organized with strong attention to detailConfident communicator who takes initiative and asks questions when neededPositive, professional attitudeAn interest in data automation or improving administrative processes is a plus, as there will be opportunities to support related initiatives.The Conshohocken office is currently 15-20 employees and continuing to grow, with a focus on expanding its operations team.
