About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced water resources engineer to lead hydrology and hydraulics projects and support team growth. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and client engagement in a consulting environment.What You'll DoLead H&H projects from planning through completionPerform and oversee modeling (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS 1D/2D)Review technical reports, designs, and calculationsMentor and manage junior staffPresent findings to clients and stakeholdersSupport business development and maintain client relationshipsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agenciesRequirementsPE licenseBSc8+ years in hydrology, hydraulics, or water resources (consulting preferred)Strong experience with HEC-HMS & HEC-RAS (1D/2D)Knowledge of stormwater, flood control, or watershed projectsLeadership, project management, and communication skillsThis is a great opportunity to join a growing, employee-owned firm with a strong backlog of projects.
